The TV can work properly, then the screen is suddenly completely black. You can also hear the audio, volume control, and channel switching, but still can't see anything on the screen. Before you get rid of the TV and buy a new one or put it in your pocket to fix the problem, there are a few possible solutions that you can try easily. The problem can be caused by certain things, including the source, cables, or some other input. you can easily fix the problem yourself at home. In some cases, however, the screen may stop working and you may need to contact professional customer service.


What causes the Black Screen Issue in your Samsung Smart TV?  





After receiving numerous reports from several users, we decided to investigate the problem and developed a series of solutions that could solve the problem for most of our users. We have also examined the reasons why the black screen the problem occurs on Samsung Smart TV and we list them below.

Cable connection problem: Your Samsung Smart TV may have a black screen problem due to a problem with the cable connection. Loose connections, damaged cables or inactive power supplies are the likely cause of the television problem.

Solution 1: Ensure that the cable connection is correct

Therefore, it is necessary to separate and connect all the connections tightly and correctly to ensure that there are no loose connections. Additionally, you need to make sure that the power cord and power supply are working properly.

Solution 6: Restart the TV
